These pads are created to stick to undergarments, and not the skin. This maximises comfort and makes them easier to use. 

B Free pads are best worn with firm fitting shorts. We recommend the  or  to hold the pads in place provide a smoother figure.

• Measurements: 19cm Width, 27cm Height
• Approximately 1.5cm thick at the fullest point in the centre that tapers towards the edges for a seamless look
• Reusable stick on hip dip pads
  
• Adhesive is on the outside of the pads so it sticks on to the garment and not the skin for comfort!

Note that this product can also be worn as either a hip or bum enhancer. Simply stick inside the back of the underwear or shaper for a booty boost, or inside the shaping shorts for rounder hips.

B Free Tip: For size 16 and up or those with deep or big hip dips, combining the hip dip smoothing pads with our small  pads to fill any additional gap for a fuller smoother look.

Care Instructions: Hand wash with mild soap. Line dry. Store adhesive side down on plastic sheets provided (once completely air dried).
