Sk10-7339; 1917 Plaited Skirt

5-piece hand-drafted pattern originally by Pictorial Review, this is a one-piece side-plaited skirt with high waistline and straight lower edge which makes it suitable for border-print materials.   Skirt closes at center back.  Optional pockets are inserted under plaits at sides.  The two-piece belt has tabs buttoned over at side front.

Best for advanced skill level as the instructions are not illustrated and very basic.  

3/8" seams are allowed.

Fits 24" waist, 38" hip.
